Zasady korzystania i zakupów opisuje regulamin RudiKids.
Dane rodziny na urządzeniu
RudiKids pomaga dorosłym i dzieciom w wieku 3–8 lat organizować codzienne rutyny.
Google Play i połączenie z internetem
Aplikacja łączy się z Google Play, aby wyświetlić oferty, obsłużyć zakup, przywrócić go i sprawdzić dostęp do pakietu.
Google wykorzystuje je do poprawiania biblioteki.
Dobrowolny kontakt i raport
„Napisz do nas” otwiera wiadomość do kontakt@appsbusters.pl w programie pocztowym rodzica. Przed wysłaniem można sprawdzić treść i załączniki.
Ozimska 79/113, 45-370 Opole, KRS 0001121012, NIP 7543371388, REGON 529354895. Kontakt: kontakt@appsbusters.pl.
Zwykłą korespondencję i raporty wykorzystujemy do odpowiedzi, pomocy i poprawiania aplikacji na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Prawo do przenoszenia przysługuje w przypadkach określonych w RODO. Możesz złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych: uodo.gov.pl.
Kopie, przenoszenie i usuwanie
Przed wczytaniem pliku powstaje lokalna kopia poprzednich danych: najwyżej 7 ostatnich kopii, łącznie do 20 MB.
Serwer otrzymuje adres IP potrzebny do dostarczenia strony; nie łączymy go z lokalnymi profilami dzieci.
English
RudiKids privacy policy
Version of 8 October 2026, effective from 8 October 2026. This policy covers the RudiKids Android app downloaded from Google Play and the RudiKids website. Use and purchases are described in the RudiKids terms.
Family data on the device
RudiKids helps adults and children aged 3–8 organise everyday routines. No RudiKids account is required. Children’s names and ages, pictures, plans, results, sparks, custom goals and recordings of a parent’s voice are stored locally. We do not automatically send them to AppsBusters. We run no analytics of our own in the app, display no ads and do not use family data for marketing. We have no access to the local family database and do not provide server storage for these family records.
Microphone access is used only when an adult records an announcement, praise or a child’s name in the grown-ups’ area. Recordings are not sent to speech recognition or speech synthesis services. Purchases, contact and sharing are in the grown-ups’ area behind an adult gate.
Local records also include the start of the 30-day cardless Premium period, the latest time observed, previous paid-package use, the child selected for the free morning and access needed to finish a started plan after restarting. The trial record, local access codes and access to a started plan are excluded from family and Google backups. They are not sent to AppsBusters.
Google Play and internet access
The app connects to Google Play to display offers, process and restore purchases and check package access. It stores the product identifier, purchase token and purchase status on the device. A purchase sends Google a random installation identifier, with no names, pictures, recordings or other family data. AppsBusters does not receive your card number or Google login details.
Google manages transactions, the store account and subscriptions under its own rules, described in the Google privacy policy. Routines work offline; maintaining verified paid-package access requires a Google Play connection at least once every 14 days. This version receives app updates through Google Play and does not download app updates or extra drawings from the AppsBusters server.
The Google billing library automatically sends Google information about its operation: billing feature use, connections, errors and performance, and technical information such as app and Android versions, device model, language, network type and event time. Google uses this to improve the library. This can also occur when the app starts or resumes and checks purchases, without a new purchase by the parent. These are not children’s names, pictures, recordings or plans. We do not use this for our own analytics or marketing.
Optional contact and reports
“Write to us” opens a message to kontakt@appsbusters.pl in the parent’s email app. A request for a Premium code may include the installation identifier needed to issue the code. A report prepared at the parent’s request contains technical information, such as device model, app version, errors and routine statistics without children’s names, but with ages in years. You can review the message and attachments before sending. The parent chooses the recipient and sends the message; the app does not send it automatically.
For data actually sent to us, including the email address and message or report contents, the controller is AppsBusters sp. z o.o., ul. Ozimska 79/113, 45-370 Opole, Poland, KRS 0001121012, NIP 7543371388, REGON 529354895. Contact: kontakt@appsbusters.pl.
We use ordinary correspondence and reports to reply, provide help and improve the app, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We keep them until the case is closed and for 30 days after closure, then delete them. Complaints concerning contract performance or statutory duties are also handled under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or (c). Only documents whose retention is required by law are kept for the period required by that law (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)). This does not extend the retention of ordinary messages or reports merely for possible future claims.
Our server and email provider, Microhost in Poland, helps us handle submitted data; we do not transfer it outside the EEA in this processing. The email app, Google and other services selected by the parent operate under their own policies. We do not profile submitted data or make automated decisions based on it. Contact is optional and is not required for local routines.
For access to submitted data, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection to processing based on legitimate interests, write to kontakt@appsbusters.pl. Data portability applies in the circumstances specified by the GDPR. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of UODO: uodo.gov.pl.
Backups, transfers and deletion
Family data may be included in the phone’s Google backup, depending on device settings. Voice recordings are excluded from that backup. A parent can save a backup file, optionally protected by a password, or hand over the family in a file with or without a family code. Such files may contain names, ages, pictures, plans, results, voice recordings and the device name. A file without a password or code can be opened by someone who has the file and RudiKids. The parent chooses where to save it, its recipient and the sharing app; AppsBusters does not automatically receive these files.
Before a file is loaded, a local copy of previous data is made: up to the latest 7 copies, totalling up to 20 MB. These copies are excluded from Google backups and shared files. “Delete all data” in the grown-ups’ area deletes the family, pictures, recordings and pre-import copies, but does not reset the trial or cancel purchases or codes. Uninstalling deletes the app’s local data; previously exported files must be deleted separately and a subscription must be cancelled in Google Play.
The RudiKids website
The website may choose Polish or English based on the country associated with an IP address. The server checks a local DB-IP database without sending the IP address to an external geolocation service or storing it for language selection. We do not use GPS or device location permission. You can switch language manually. The server receives the IP address needed to deliver the website; we do not link it to local children’s profiles.
